Something Real: A Salute to Omar



On this recent broadcast of The Soul Brother Show, I turned over control of the studio to Georgette a-k-a the Soul Sister who stepped to the mic to spin some of her favorite UK soul tracks. For Love: A Conversation with Jill Jones



What an honor it is bring to the listeners of The Soul Brother Show a very candid and thought-provoking conversation with Jill Jones. I have been an admirer of Jill's since the first time I saw her in Prince's "1999" music video. Fast forward two years and she melted my heart as a co-star in the classic film Purple Rain. Jill would go on to release 1987's Mia Bocca and have a role in the 1990 Prince-directed Graffiti Bridge. We talk about everything from Jill's background to her thoughts on Paisley Park.
